Kaku could've easily either do a smash-cut from this battle to the final battle with real Doppio or do an all out gang on gang brawl with all of them barging in. Still baffles me on how many pages were lost on meta shit and repeating plain splashes of Mauro nonchalantly punching someone throughout the whole manga. Just goes to show how Kaku was done with the series a long time ago. Hopefully he gets a better comeback and does something earnest instead going for the tropes he himself evidently isn't a fan of, because the title reeks of cynicism since chapter one.

So many goof designs wasted but hopefully his next work is good. He really just needs to focus on the choreography next time I still enjoyed ayashimon though. I'd give it a 7 because of my bias but in reality it's more of a 6/10 series

This ending is kino, the battles were actually good but I guess the MC just needed a bit more personality to him to entice the teenage Japan crowd. It's all about them really, it is for them I mean

They really should have focused more on the setting than Maruo. He's more like Batman or Mad Max, a fine vehicle but not nearly as interesting as the characters surrounding him and his environment. It should have been about them doing heists or petty larceny to make Urara stronger with more money (Giant buff form Urara). Oh well.
