Someone scanlated volumes 19 and 20 with the good quality japanese pages, but they only got around doing the first page of volume 21.
That means from this point onwards until the end of this arc, you will be reading Bastard!! with restored spreads, good image quality, and no annoying FX thrown in.
We're the first outside of Japan to witness this.
