For me personally I hate fanservice in general, if by fanservice you mean sexual stuff just to make the reader horny. Characters fucking can be done tastefully and doesn't need to have any relevance to the plot, but shit like "hahaha look the girl is in this awkward position where her panties are showing and she's acting all shy about it" is just retarded.
