Manga book is like 110 yen on yahoo.co.jp

Is there some online shop out of California or Seattle that already has JP language mangas sitting in a warehouse?

it will eventually be cheaper to take a plane trip to japan, buy all the manga you want for no shipping, and then fly back
also to answer your question: no

Dang I got hyped up for cheap used manga prices and then crushed by the inevitable international shipping rates...

This must be the awakening of the buyfag crisis.

What if you bought in bulk?

I thought of that, it's a 7-volume series and the first couple are super cheap, but the later ones start looking at retail price and it spoils my thrifty instinct. Plus they don't actually have the seventh one.

I looked into those proxy buyer services but they charge and extra 300 yen per book and it completly blows out the prices.

You might have looked at a shitty one because I've never seen them add a fee for each individual item.

Yeah, that's the biggest drawback of importing stuff from japan. The shipping rates are horrible. I had to give up buying a lot of stuff I wanted because they would get too expensive based on shipping alone. The corona stuff only helped make things worse.

Just have to buy in bulk from the mandarake SAHRA online store and pray they have what you want

The shipping will just keep increasing I tried to buy a 8 mangu boxset and niggers wanted to charge me $80 for shipping when the boxset alone was like $15

this was on mandarake

I checked this out and it seems like the way to go
so with Mandarake you have to commit to the order before you know the true shipping cost?
I bet shipping is still more than the actuall item.

Feels good to be a UKfag for once, trade deal with japan so I can order directly from amazon japan or yahoo with basically free shipping.

Bought all the minna no nihongo books recently for pennies directly from japan instead of paying hundreds of pounds to buy them here.

Always order manga volumes from japan as soon as they come out, comes basically next day for same price as japs would buy them locally.
God having a weeb government is so nice.

Oh nice I didn't know about this. Hopefully it's still like that when I can buy some.

any manga without much text or dialogue?
trade deal? can you go more in detail?

Man that sounds awesome, I'm legit jelly considering what a chore this is for being an amerifat

how do you order directly, did you make an account just for amazon japan?

This is why I buy digital.

>the magical girl series were shoutas turn into lolis
I'd say wait for a localization, but outside of ranma there's not too many genderbender series that get localized. Don't want the trannys to seeth about the males that get working vaginas by magic.

This is non-h, it's just crossdressing boys wearing cute clothes.

There are online shops operating in Europe so I guess you should be able to find something in the US too. I'd assume they would have a rather poor selection though.
The other option is to buy used manga on ebay, the tanks should be cheap enough to make the shipping costs less painful.
