There were some debates last chapter but one of Kaido’s horn is indeed broken
You can see the 2 holes where Kaidou and Big Mom have fallen. Both holes reach the magma area under Wanokuni and several fissures are produced in the land that reach the seafloor that surrounds the island (the red lines). Magma comes out through these fissures and the fissures cause the explosion in the submarine volcano in the sea near Wanokuni.
In this chapter there is no evidence that Mt. Fuji is going to erupt, since the fissures go to the sea.
Kaido was indeed knocked out by the punch and left uncuncious.

Wano failing to make any emotional impcat was largely because oda assumed people would be mad at kaidou for killing his favourite character oden. Its just that nobody gave a flying fuck about oden and the scabbards, so there were no real emotional stakes in the big showdown against kaidou.
And even when established that luffy for some reason now cares about oden somehow luffy turned the reason to fight against kaidou in "food"?
