I believe he is referring to the tree Togashi posted on twitter and is saying he is mildly confused as to how the manga panel Togashi posted will connect to the story when all the main cast are at this moment travelling to a a new island via a boat on the ocean which is no where near a land mass that is capable of producing plant life, including tees.

Whilst I am not OP I can only guess that he chose the image not as a way to talk about HnK, but as a way to illustrate his confusion about said tree and HXH as a whole.
