Honzuki no Gekokujou/Ascendance of a Bookworm

>one thread
>didn't even reach bump limit
People hate Delia and Dirk that much, huh?

If it had been an episode about Delia exploring the intricate internal politics of the temple then it would have been very interesting.

But it was an episode about taking care of a baby.
Nobody fucking cared. It doesn't matter which characters were involved.
Nobody wants to watch a mundane, irritating chore.

It is true that I've never known a show to introduce a baby and not instantly get exponentially worse.

>I'm gonna get those books if it's the last thing I do!
I don't think I've ever seen a more based anime protagonist. 1 ep in and I'm already hooked

I also just started because I saw a thread yesterday. I'm already in season 3 and it's pretty great desu.

I expected the magic shit to keep scaling up for some reason after their weird trip. Not sure if I'm buying this bit of story about newborns.

I want to see that kid explode from mana

>Starting in industrial revolution
>Negotiating political structure of a fantasy world
>Bettering her lot
>Internal scheming and politricks
>Reconciling engineering and magical differences to make workable solutions
>Executing the will of the fucked up gods

And I thought it was a series about some isekai'd nerd who wanted books.
Want to know what makes the author tick.

Fuck, wrong quote.
This one

Holy shit it was all Arno's fault all along, I never would have noticed it. That sneaky little fag

Gotta wonder how the animators felt about it.

It would have died way faster if novelfags didn't use it to discuss spoilers from like 8+ volumes away from the anime.

The fact that he's doing this shit because Fran got fucked more than him by the old orphanage director is extra funny

Mushoku Tensei have the heroines give birth and I wouldn't say the show's quality got worse. This might be because the baby don't take centre stage and all the boring things with child rearing is just mentioned, yet the fact that they have a baby is an important part of the plot.

most of those are nothing new in isekai land and just like many other shows, it falls into the same pitfalls.
Hell fucking Maoyuu Maou Yuusha is more interesting to watch and does this better too

If you knew what a shitbag he is.
There is a short story in Part 2 volume 4 I think.

Quality cant get worse if it is never good.

Yeah, this shit has definitely gotten worse and it's not just me. You can lie to yourselves all you want

Delia is a good peasant girl who just wants to take care of kids. Reject aristocracy political intrigues embrace babby

The world is definitely interesting, seeing the noble knights in action, killing the giant tree with no casualties, I was impressed. This is not a shounen power fantasy. More like a getting groomed fantasy for women.
The author is such a book nerd. She also might be a middle ages nerd.

Now that is based
