Tsukihime remake is 100000% going to get adapted by UFOtable. Probably Mahoyo too eventually.

Also, Mahoyo is about to be the first VN to get an official translation and release in the west. So, if it's popular we might see a shift in Type Moon once they realize how popular their shit is in the west.

EN versions are mostly for SEA not west.

Yes they do, it's why english F/GO exists at all. They said in interviews they didn't know they had many fans overseas and were shocked by the amount of foreigners playing JP, and that's why they released an english version at all. They know they have a fanbase.

they have to start with the lost belts sooner or later but i don't see them adapting the prologue/epilogue

Probably another Case Files season since they made that OVA for it early in the year. Tsukihime seems inevitable. It's worrying that Mahoyo is coming later in 2023 so Tsukihime will come after that which is a long time. They may announce more TM anime this year since it's the 20th anniversary for TM.
