Why don't people want to be surprised?
Series with all-female cast
I don't know user. People are so picky when it comes to series they completely forget that it's supposed to be fun
Because I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time watching.
People nowadays have high risk aversion, so the idea of watching a show without being sure if something they (dis)like will be in it ahead of time is scary to them.
>Japan can't closeup on the kiss
Whether people want yuri or don't want to see yuri, there is too much content and I don't blame people for not wanting to see something they know they will eventually dislike
What is even the surprise anymore lol
nice tease bro but i highly doubt it's yuri. bet it's just one-off thing and will never affect the story in any way
>all female cast
>not yuri
i don't understand
How come there's so few BL in comparison
Because most people in the industry are men. I couldn't even shitpost claiming BL don't sell because they sell like hot cakes.
yuri is in the eye of the beholder
You keep forgetting one
They both are made for Kabe
imagine seeing her entire golf
>"Kabe?"
>"that sperg?"
>"he's cute, but..."
Sorry user, but Kabe is made for street rappers
Most of the BL community is fine with works that doesn't even have any strong subtext and just shows that give them shipping options. Though yes, there were very popular BL works, so it's hard to understand why isn't more money thrown this way.
The yuri community in comparison is a lot harder to satisfy, you either push things in the direction they want or you will lose them.
While I don't really think this series is yuri, I have the feeling this series will have an ending similar to Hikaru no Go and Kabe will move on after having reached his goal, it's not really a romance story.
Most of the series that yuri fans claim are yuri aren’t actually, and just have some fanservice to bait them at most. They are like fujos who perceive every shonen series with a predominately male cast as thinly veiled BL.
This. WTF that is disappointing. I feel like getting baited in a different way.
this, even nips lost their patience with that public
>They are like fujos who perceive every shonen series with a predominately male cast as thinly veiled BL.
Tbh if the manga was published in this century they are almost certainly right
>thinly veiled BL
It's not like they hide it. They know what sells.
I fucking tried not to want yuri watching Bocchi. Slam that cute little autist against a wall and show Oshie-sensei some real delinquency for good measure.
GET OUT OF MY HEAD
Yuribait != yuri
