>be user
>translator discord drama kills TL for your fav manga
>spend 3+ years learning japanese runes
>try to read some RAW manga
>all "RAWs" are actually in Korean and Chinese
Hey user, you didn't actually fall for the "Learn japanese" meme, right?
Maybe if you're reading weekly shounen garbage
>buy raw manga
>read at your leisure
You're doing it wrong, dumbass.
>bro just learn Japanese that way you don't need to translate
>you still have to translate it yourself and your translation may not be any more accurate
>make one the best futa games ever
>never makes another game after
Wtf man
I don't think you speak more than one language if that's how you view it
>learn japanese before Any Forums even exists
>marry a japanese OL before Any Forums even exists
>Any Forums is literally a hive of TRANSLATIONS WHEN? SUBS FUCKING WHEN
>give zero fucks
nah fuck that
If someone out in this wide world doesn't feel like translating something, then it probably isn't worth the time to read.
If I had interest in actually visiting/working in Japan, obviously I'd learn at least enough to get by.
I learned German and that was enough of a hassle without having to completely rethink how sentence structure and all that. From what I've seen (others talking about learning it and so on), Japanese is a very strange language.
>game
Yes.
>>spend 3+ years learning japanese runes
if you're retarded maybe
>reading gookshit
Isn't this from some porn game where a bunch of girls get dicks or whatever?
I remember trying one once and it was shit, but the animations were nice.
> it was shit, but the animations were nice.
Yup, pretty much summed up 90% of all H-Games
makes me wonder why I don't see more comp videos ripped from games on sites for that sort of thing
It's literally a kinetic visual novel.
How to do you read anything that's not in your native tongue without translating it, at least in your head ?
By reading it?
What did he mean by this?
It will have occured to you that words are only a way to refer to objects and concepts. When you know a language, you can directly link in your head the word in the language, here Japanese, to the actual thing it represents. There is no need to go through the filter of your native language.
I'm an ESL and I don't even translate english back to my language anymore.
I guess it's something monolingual will never understand.
You translate letters into concepts in your head. At a fondamental stage, it's even a translation in your native tongue.
Now this is what I call cope. Just admit you were wrong user, it's okay. Try learning a second language.
They, literally 2 people, have been working on a new game since 2015 I think. At least that when it was first mentioned. On their twitter they regularly post artwork ion certain holidays. They are still alive and working on it.
Yeah for me reading is 'translating' concept, even if it's instinctive. We're not talking about the same thing my bad.
>translations are easily available
>the original japanese version of the manga is literally nowhere online
Why does this always happen
Japanese don't like to pirate.
>all these japanese IPs on nyaa
>only Japanese people can upload from Japan
