That's what I thought. Prez's freshman hairstyle (straight bangs without cowlick) isn't shown in pic rel's episode. It was supposed to be a foreshadowing of Prez's look without his facade. iirc, it's also shown in Iceguya right before he was hospitalized but the anime never showed it.
Freshman interrupts the flow of the current event and ends with no sequel in sight. If the anime continue (and the freshman year too), they can add as a flashback whenever they want.
Even though the manga is already in its final arc, why does it feel like it's stalling?
