Has any mangaka ever gone off the rails when their manga is axed?
Most I've seen just kinda put a "and then it ended" page for the last chapter.
Has anyone ever had the whole cast die, Someone get raped or anything as a massive Fuck you to the readers and magazine?

>Has anyone ever had the whole cast die
"Don't Break Everything, Torako" threw in a surprise train accident when the series had to end due to magazine death. They all survive in the end though.
>Has anyone ever had the whole cast die
yes tomorrow in the manga called my life
god that's surprisingly dark for what's supposed to be a comedy manga
I’ve heard that Joou-sama no Eshi has a yuri ending because the author was pissed it got axed.
Actually both yuri and yaoi ending
Stop Hibari Kun, had one character scream on the last chapter "SHOUNEN IS DEAD" but it had more to do with the autor missing dead line after dead line because of his poor mental health, also in Go Nagai's Harenchi Gakuen original run, he has all the cast killed by the PTA due to the real world PTA being a pain in the ass.
fucking this.
You Still Rely on Magic? goes off the rails pretty hard in the best way possible.
