Why did he go on some stupid quest for immortality when he already had a holy grail, and three different fate media show having a grail makes you immortal (Apocrypha, Requiem, Grand Order)?
Why did he go on some stupid quest for immortality when he already had a holy grail...
He wants everything though
Some of those cases are immortality via 3rd magic and they require a ritual to do so. Gilgamesh's grail doesnt have servants loaded into it so it probably can't do that.
Real answer though? The quest for immortality is intricate to his legend so that cant be brushed off. The grail was an afterthought. GoB is bad, m'kay.
It's like Journey to the West, he wants all possible forms of immortality because fuck you
Quests are what make heroes user. Modern fags like you won't get it, now get in the grail mud you useless neet.
He's a hoarder, he doesn't really understand what most of things in his treasury are. If he actually knew how to use his treasures, he wouldn't have jobbed so much, hindered by pride or not.
He gave it to the snake, though.
Wasn't the grail added to his treasury after his death since he gets future treasures added to GOB? I doubt he found a grail or an equivalent of it during the times that he was alive.
a better question we would be able to see Type Redline Ryoma vs Nobunaga in this lifetime?
The grail isn't a wish granter unless mutilated by a mage.
It's just a big mana repository otherwise.
