Certain angles/lenses tend to convey certain emotions/scenarios better.

Hell yes, those fish-eye closeups with the overpressure skulls. Bonus points for that stabilized shaky cam effect where everything except the face is blurry, or it swings side-to-side like staggering steps, or there's some high-pitched ringing.

that's a kubrick stare, user. and i love it too for its silly-ass angles

There's nothing in media i hate more than the fish eye anime crazy moment, makes me want to beat the shit out of the manlet chink director who's responsible for it.

Is this bait, the same reason something is called a dutch angle its a fucking term.

>Trope
Basic cinematography is not a trope. Learn how to fucking film, retard.

>no one's posted the Kira one yet
I'd post if I hadn't forgotten to save it.

retard

using a specific angle with a spacific lense for a specific emotion, usually with specific sounds IS a trope you absoulte retard

>that's a kubrick stare
Kubrick has people starring at cameras but never with that Lense or angle.

>kubrick

>isekai
>shows this face in the 1st chapter

>I don't know why
