Mappa is obviously going to extend the action scenes, especially the zombie warehouse fight in episode 1. There is no dialogue in most fights so Mappa has ultimate liberty to create kino sakuga scenes

This is not the same MAPPA that did JJK. The anime after JJK were all badly animated and lacked sakuga despite actually hiring some very good animators. And the fights in CSM aren't all that good to be honest.
