obviously we don't care about that, in fact they most likely don't exist as she was a demon, she could have spawned spontaneously

I don't get the impression that Shamiko has surviving cousin nth removed at all. Wouldn't be surprised if Ryou was the only example of Lilith's descendants somehow having more than one child that live past stillborn.
