Supershit isn't really cannon but it doesn't matter anyway because the wish wore off once he became an adult since both he and Raditz died regardless. Goku was always supposed to be a special prodigy in OG Dragon Ball and then that gets turned on its head and he becomes an underdog in Z so this changes nothing.
