Kill yourself, narutard.
If Naruto sat on his ass all day doing nothing Clifford wouldn't have acknowledged him, he'd not have accomplished anything even if he was the reincarnation of a "Demigod". Try to debate this.
Clifford? Fucking dub watchers, I swear to god
If Rock Lee did everything Naruto did and more he would have never been able to reach half of Naruto's strength because he's not a ninja Jesus reincarnation with a demon fox god living inside him.
This.
Never forget that Neji was made out to be an asshole for literally just stating the rules of the ninja world.
I think the reason the series caught on so much in the West was because it’s a fundamentally western ideal, particularly in America, “through hard work, even you can become president!” Until you realize the lie and research how many politicians in the highest levels of government are literally blood related.

There is no greater example than Neji.
did naruto ever become hokage
All team 9 characters got shit on so hard by Kishi
The lesson was that destiny being a real thing or not didn't matter. Just have a goal to reach towards and you'll be fine. That was literally it.
you make this thread at least once a week
He was wrong who it applied to though.
>did naruto ever become hokage
Obviously, the show is called “Naruto”, my guy.
>The lesson was that destiny being a real thing or not didn't matter. Just have a goal to reach towards and you'll be fine. That was literally it.
That poor reading comprehension tho… Neji is talking specifically about Naruto’s dream of being hokage, of course he didn’t know that he was reincarnated ninja Jesus at the time, etc… which makes his point even more prescient… being hokage is a birthright.
Honestly, that’s my main gripe about the series, it makes it out as if Naruto is some underdog despite the fact that he’s basically playing the game on God mode… which effectively removes all tension.

So damn true.
Look at my underdog character! (who have infinite magic mana thanks to him housing a god inside himself and being the son of a hokage)
He win everything through effort! (and having infinite mana allowing forbidden technique that would kill anyone else)
He prove that anyone can achieve their dream! (if they have infinite energy cheat and are the child of a leader)
I can't believe it even took me 20vol to understand this manga plot was so broken. It was my first shonen by still...

Hey, give yourself more credit… there are plenty of people in your circumstances who never came to realize the truth and still meat-ride Naruto like it’s the greatest come-up story ever told.
>Has there been a better one yet?
Not a better one… but this guy is definitely a fun one, introduced in the very first episode, he knew the entire government was corrupt and was stopped only by our protagonists to come to the very same conclusion over halfway through the series.
>, he knew the entire government was corrupt
aint that some shit
I love how people always ignore the resolution to Naruto and Neji's fight or just flat-out deny or refuse to analyze it and skip right to the Naruto jesus argument. Or better yet they're just too stupid to analyze such a simple message or just don't want to admit they've been an idiot for decades.
You made an error.
Put yourself in his boot:
You were beaten by a guy you thought was a subhuman loser bound to fail (because destiny/genetic) and think maybe he had a point about being able to fight and rise to the challenge.
...then you discover that acktually he is the son of the most powerful hokage and have a god inside him with infinite power.
OH SHIT! Destiny was written all along and I'll never ever get the magic power he have!
OH SHIT! That fucker's kid will even get our clans genetic eyes because of Hinata
And of course, you completely skip analyzing or even acknowledging the resolution.
People don't like to acknowledge that Naruto didn't fall into the power he had, but actually put in the hard work to master those abilities and network to find the right teachers to teach him new ones. Godly potential doesn't mean shit if that potential is never realized, and Naruto wound up winning not with gifted power, but with a Shadow Clone as misdirection, hard work digging a tunnel with his bare hands, and a normal-ass surprise uppercut to the chin.
And before you go
>But Rock Lee
Lee is disabled. He overcompensated for his disability by focusing entirely on martial arts, but ultimately took a near career-ending injury and then stopped trying to improve himself after he recovered, ending his ambition while Naruto advanced further.
I had a huge crush on him as a kid
You are the one who refuse to look deeper than the superficial "Naruto put effort, therefore it don't matter everything he do was facilitated by genetic/gifted power".
Whatever resolution you see is built on the false belief "Naruto overcame his lowly genes" when he was top dog on a genetic level from the start.
Him, Kiba and Shikamaru were the only characters I liked from this boring series.
rock lee is still a super talented taijutsu ninja and could get to gai's strength and status with hard work, theres nothing bad about that at all, you dont have to be ninja god jesus to be successful and have a good life, and i doubt lee wants to do hokage work anyway
>have never been able to reach half of Naruto's strength
Bullshit. The 8 gates would've given him that.
