It is an anime about literally yuribaiting (they work in some type of maid cafe but with yuri stereotypes), but the girls are gay for each other, explicitly talking about romantic love and physically so too (kissing).

Hard to say, the manga first 2 volumes is dedicated to Hime and Yano (the main characters), volumes 3 and 4 are about Kanoko and the other tall girl whose name I don't remember, usually this would be a whole season, but the kiss happens on the end volume 6.
Will the anime get to the kiss part?
If they skip most of volumes 3 and 4 that are about the 2 side character, it could happen, but it will probably end with the kiss.
That isn't the voice i picture how Hime would sound. She's to high pitched, then again the pv only showed the acting/playing character part
