Doesn't that make Toronbo a Super Dragon Balls tier entity? That's reality warping, causality / luck manipulation, God fucking knows how many elements he'd have to mess with to keep 3 Saiyans alive for years, I find it more believable to just wish to be immortal than to actually warp reality into always surviving, that even seems like small mind-control prompting Vegeta or Frieza to not outright kill Raditz at some point, or for Goku to exactly put the dragon ball on that spot / for Tao Pai Pai to aim there
