anime peaked with HunterxHunter just let it go and stop watching anime nothing will ever come close to it

>homoXhiatus
Hard pass

I’ll accept that anime peaked with 2011. But there has to be at least a few manga out there that measure up

People often say nen is the best power system but it seems very arbitrary to me, couldn't you stretch any category's definition to include anything? What's stopping a transmuter from transmuting his aura into something OP like space or gravity? Or an emitter from btfoing everyone with shockwaves?

>What's stopping a transmuter from transmuting his aura into something OP like space or gravity? Or an emitter from btfoing everyone with shockwaves?
Talent and effort. The system itself is very flexible, the only limit is the user.

physical limitations. Conjurers for example can create things but they can't create something that's completely indestructible.

The fact that so many characters fall into the "rare" specialist category shows that Togashi isn't as clever with it as hxhdrones want us to believe.

The anime peaked with 1999 and the OVAs.

How the fuck would you transmute your aura to have the properties of space? Also couldn't you say this about any power system, why doesn't Naruto just transformation jutsu into an atom bomb?

Why wouldn't it be possible? Transmutation is notoriously versatile

>Bros
Also, One Piece exists.

You have to be very familar with / understand what you are trying to create in order to create it, which is why space and gravity wouldn't work
>shockwaves
How would that btfo everyone? 🤔

Literally everyone is familiar with space and gravity. There are other similarly OP examples that can be given

Yes, but it's far too intangible, like Killua actually shocked himself with electricity to get a grasp of it.

Just let yourself fall down over and over

>What's stopping a transmuter from transmuting his aura into something OP like space or gravity?
What would giving Nen the property of gravity even do

they are familiar with it but don't understand it
Also space is not really a substance or a thing that you could transmute nen into
gravity wouldn't be that OP, you could hold people in place but it would cost alot of nen and would require alot of restrictions to be OP

that would familiarise you with the ground, not gravity
gravity is way to intangible / abstract

Killua isn't a physicist or electrical engineer
>space is not really a substance
Emission fucks around with it already
Gravity is the most tangible thing there is. It's everywhere all the time. You feel it 24/7.

I legit slept through most of Greed Island. Chimera Ant arc started well enough but I also fell asleep when the training arc started
