The end of the Shingeki anime does not looms near, so it's controversial end is well away, so why?
To say this was dumped because for the anime ending, or to prompt a reread for people on this board would be disonest, because if it was I would have stopped when it became clear Mappa would slowroll the anime
Or when it became clear it would be mostly people who already read it talking about how much they hate everything post S1 and literally people who never read it before

Even after actually getting a job, comming home tired, before going to sleep every day for over a week I still dumped this series, so It's clearly more than pastime

I just want to say that "Attack Titan" was a dumb name and should've been "Advancing Titan" instead.
That there's no way to translate "Shingeki no Kyoujin" properly to fit the name reference would've been a case to give this series a new name from scratch. Isayama would probably have done this if asked.

It's incredible how you don't even feel this as the ambience of the final arc, because of the tone-deaf Avengers portrayal. Really is a shame. kekayama had something truly novel and interesting with the Rumbling, and just threw it out the window. The effort drawing that was probably more difficult than writing the dialogue for the Alliance.

Consealing the designs of the old titans didn't really serve a narative purpose since their visuals aren't really importart or consistent with the other titans (points for quadrupling down on the jaw titans having an incosistent design I guess)
