What's the worst paneling/double spread you've ever seen?
What's the worst paneling/double spread you've ever seen?
WAN PISS
That's pretty close
What happened to Oda man.
Like I fucking know he can do better than this, he did it for more than a decade straight.
Looks like a rough draft.
That now
One Piece is unreadable
You can dislike both, kid.
You can even like the manga despite some things you find bad in it.
The paneling is one of the thr main reasons I don't find OP that enjoyable anymore. It's become such a slog to read.
That's zooming around the island, so yeah it's gonna look chaotic / have a lot of panels. I'd normally agree if chaotic paneling wasn't the purpose of this spread.
I've never even read Hunter.
Please don't exclusively limit your media consumption to stuff made for 12 year olds. It's fine to enjoy things made for kids, they're often great, but you gotta grow up sometime.
You can convey chaos or quick cuts between scenes without it being unpleasant to read.
The problem isn't it being illegible, I can see what's going on and understand it just fine, it just looks like ass.
He's been a mangaka for decades at this point, why the fuck is he putting wide shots in panels in the inlets between pages? He should know better, in fact, he did know better.
I don't know if I've ever seen an action manga where combat scenes didn't look like vomit to me. it can be pretty vomit, but I never have any idea what the fuck is going on
You just realize this must be Wan Piss even without looking at the full picture.
How did Hackda reach this reputation?
You're not alone user, I often feel the exact same way. Maybe my brain is too smooth to process, but I just often don't understand the images
if you are illiterate yes it is
>but I never have any idea what the fuck is going on
maybe because you don't follow one piece evry week
maybe you are a dumb tourist?
Oda now makes double page spreads just for the sake of making them when it’s unnecessary. I miss the old one piece
>the situation is chaotic
>the paneling reflects that
Maybe you just don't get it?
Has Oda lost it?
