series was pretty good at first but the current arc kind of blows. hoping it ends with this one so it can at least go out on a high note.

i was enjoying lookism a LOT until it just got to be the same thing over and over and too many side characters until it's not even about the mc and his mystery anymore.
i think i'd enjoy this long arc more if i was reading it all in one go, but also the fact that baek seung joon only retaliated to hobin starting shit with him, and then hobin crying and wanting to avenge him felt a little contrived/forced or whatever. lots of time wasted trying to get us to feel bad for him. then they killed off his gf too for no reason, even though it seemed like there was still a lot they could've done with that character.

worst part of all is that best girl gaeul isn't gonna win the hobin bowl.
