The Last Isekai
Protagonist gets taken to another world and assumes he's going to do all of the things a protagonist in an isekai normally does. He's in for a rude awakening, however, when he discovers he wasn't summoned there to save the world at all. In fact, countless other NEETs have been summoned to that world and they're starting to become a huge nuisance because the world doesn't know why they keep appearing there. He also realizes that he's a loser in this world as well because the fantasy world denizens have become savvy to what kind of person NEETs are. So he has to try to get by in a fantasy world that is hostile to NEETs like him and figure out his place in the world when so many "protagonists" before him have already accomplished things an MC is expected to do.

To survive our MC and the survivors he has come across and befriends form there own gang to combat the other hostile gangs. There is eventually a battle for power in the newly built "government" of the strongest and most evil gang. This government is ran by an evil leader who's main goal is eradicating all other remaining survivors. Our MC and his friends fight for there lives against other smaller hostile gangs they come across and the main gang who has formed "government" while each day struggling to survive find rations of what is left in a collapsed city. Our MC has flashbacks of his life and what it life used to be as he regains his memory. (Add to it if you'd like)
