N-never. one piece is perfect. Naruto is trash. Look at Naruto, he's the chosen one and a reincarnation of some big figure from the past and he can use his powers. There are so many characters as well, and it became shit after the timeskip. That would never, and I repeat, NEVER happen in one piece.
