Only from vague spoilers that may or may not be true, I've read that in one of the later volumes, she actually gets involved in the bento fights, but gets her ass beat cause she's not serious about it compared to everyone else. MC helps/saves her and then she slightly chills out towards him.

The LN also had a "multiple route ending" kind of deal for each girl, and she was one of the girls that got one. In it, her dad wants to cover up her lesbian relationship with glasses girl by having her marry MC as a front, but there's a whole tsundere undertone of why a willful girl like that would agree in the first place, on top of her also being willing to spend a few nights every week alone with MC.
