You literally cannot become eldian, being an eldian is being a descendant if ymir Fritz, you either are born one or not
However you can get the power of the worm if you come into contact with it and absorb it like Ymir and Beren did but you wouldn’t be an eldian, you’d be a god with no relation to the eldians

There’s really not much about them, it’s said that they have the power of the titans (chapter 93) but that’s about it, at some point in their lives Ackerman have a surge in power during which they gain absurd strength (chapter 63) and the accumulated experience of all the precious Ackerman (chapter 112), and then are supposedly immune to founder memory manipulation (yet chapter 139 implies this was retconned)
I think it’s safe to say that they are titans in human form and get their strength from the same source/path, titans are already lightweight...

I'm not sure you, as an Eldian - are even capable of existence with the FT erased. You're literally a part of it. The Beren part of 139.5 makes it clear that it survived the Battle of Heaven and Earth in some capacity, so there's no precedent of Eldians existing without the Founder. For all we know, if Hallu-chan ever TRULY dies, all Eldians just collapse and evaporate.
