He doesn't binge watch anime and watches it weekly instead
Weekly? I watch anime maybe once every 2 years. I used to be a binge-watcher like you. But then I took a kid to the knees.
>He uses the term binge watch and not marathon
I can barely watch one episode a day
>binge
Go back.
>80s and 90s
Watching complete shows in one sitting is normal in the west
>00s
Live watching becomes more common thanks to improvements with the internet
>Late 10s and 20s
Kids born in the 00s who are angry about western companies conflate watching the whole thing at once with Netflix so their shit their diapers over it
I do binge watch though
What the fuck is binge?
>binge
Fucking newfags.
>a word exists and is used widely in this context
>user start throwing a temper tantrum over it, because apparently you can't use specific words
Find some real problems guys?
what kind of loser watches anime anymore?
There's been nothing worth watching for years. The last great tv anime was madoka. The last tv anime worth watching at all was ID invaded and that was only ok to mildly good.
I can't imagine how rock bottom your standards are to still be watching anime. there's no value there. the only source of nourishment anymore is manga.
Sorry but you need to keep track of the no-no trigger words list to not upset people here
>picking up ongoing manga
Not even once.
Anime as a medium is very different even if their styles meld. There are a few shows worth every single season, you might just never liked anime in the first place or are experiencing marathon burnout.
what's the problem with watching the adaptation of a manga you liked?
learn english
I have a job and go to Uni you loser
It comes from latin “bingēre” which refers to fingering one’s own anus. The popular game “Bingo” is from this same etymology “bingō (I finger my own anus)”
Basically OP is coming out as gay
Just binged Komi and rebinged all of Saiki and then immediadly read all 350 issues of komi
I feel empty now. What should I binge now
>weekly anime threads
>audience pores over every subtle detail and comes up with creative theories tying everything together
>post-airing threads
>people who turned their brain off and watched 8 hours of anime in one sitting start arguments based on blatant misunderstandings of events and character motivations
Seen it happen way too many times. Binging is a disservice and a plague. You can't appreciate the finer points of a story when you're trying to consume it as fast as humanly possible. Might as well speedwatch while you're at it.
How the fuck do you have time for all of that
Rarely watch anime these days, around 5 a year, but I do tend to enjoy those quite a bit. Mostly read manga, but even that has been less than usual the last few months.
I did not sleep.
Reading it took my around from 24-9 which frankly is a bit long but I was awake for 18 h by that point.
I was awake for around 40 h with 2 h sleep, so that might be reason it affected me so much
Actual literal retard post.
Also I was able to watch the series while working so I was consuming a lot of slice of life in those 2 days, which makes me nostalgic
>immediadly read all 350 issues of komi
Why would you do that to yourself
I can't pay attention to what I'm watching or reading if I'm awake that long
