Nah, realistically Jerry or a Jerry-type character would be the only way to stop him. Jerry's not just limited to USING slapstick violence, he can actively turn others' against themselves with his bullshit and has a level of plot armour that even a Shonen Protag would look at with envy. Not only that but he has several summonable allies, including but not limited to a nigh-unstoppable unga-bunga pitbull and a french mouse who's mere presence increases the effectiveness of Jerry's bullshittery and plot armour by Fivefold while also causing any aggression towards Jerry to largely be attracted to him instead, making him a very useful scapegoat if Jerry can't win.
Nikaffy is strong, but Jerry is in another dimension. Had Jerry been the one fighting Kaido, Onigashima would have already been reduced to a glass floor and Jerry would be eating cheese and partying in the Flower Capital.
