I wish anime and manga were still written with cool, relatable main characters in mind. This generation's MCs are all losers who cry and whine, don't want to fight, etc.

Kaiji gets off because he's a deadbeat who puts his money (literally) where his mouth is. He only cries for a few seconds and then is ready to kick ass at gambling again.
We have people like Saizo Tokito, Edge Seinklaus and Souji Murakumo in the past few years, i think those are enough

Who the fuck cares about relatable main characters? Isn't that boring to you? Generally speaking, I've found that characters I don't easily relate to are more interesting.
