Hiro made 2chan after the Yakuza system. Not even kidding. By being anonymous... on an imageboard, you won't make friends, you'll always stay separated and easy to control. There won't be birth of any new organization.
In Yakuza, they have someone called "Aniki" meaning "Big Brother" (like oldfags) Yakuza respect Anikis. Same what 2/Any Forums try to do.
Explains why /qa/ was removed, since they were on a discord, strong, and together. with no compatibility to the yakuza rule. Any Forums staff tries to fight the creation of any "community" within. Just like the yakuza. (Check [UWU] to know why)
They created a whole group of people, like mafia (calling themselves oldfags, they are the godfathers deciding which thread should be removed in every board. They watch every big and small thing happening and report to the Mods via the IRC. One single word, and actions are taken. Every board has the godfathers or "mini boss" watching the catalog 24/7
[UWU]The main role of the Yakuza in Japan is not making money but to keep the outsiders (or creation of a new organization within japan, like mexicans could come there and wreck havoc, or russians). So even the cops are working for the Yakuza, and don't try to dig in their business, Win win. They know all of the Yakuza, nothing to fear. (I know this from the Chainsaw Man Manga go read it lol)
I think 2chan was made from the same principle of the Yakuza. "Go back" is part of their culture too. Keep the (malicious) outsiders out of Japan. yet allow them to do anything they want as long as they don't disrespect the culture or try to act like deviants.
