There was a scandal a few years ago in which California's prisons forcibly sterilized prisoners. A few people tried to defend it as wiping criminal tendencies from the gene pool but on the whole, popular opinion came down against it anyway.
What I would figure is, with billions of males in the world, and no way to hold them all back from impregnating her, I figure there is no sense turning down her advances when you have no way of knowing whether anyone else would. (If anything, if you meet her needs well enough, you might cut down on how frequently she gets them met elsewhere. Maybe. And if you've had a vasectomy, that means you're actually reducing her likelihood to get pregnant. Or at least how long it takes.) If it is truly indefensible for her to impregnate herself, one may as well just sterilize her so she and some guy can mutually pleasure each other without the tragic result of her pregnancy.
Obviously, however, the standard needs to be pretty high to justify gov't intervention on that level.
