I have very little patience for 3D anime, but Dream Stars holds up pretty well. I appreciate the decision to shrink the roster, every character gets to actually be in the movie rather than just receiving a haphazard cameo line. This change in direction is immediately squandered by Super Stars, which is very blatantly 'Nono Hana, the movie', but that's a complaint for another time. Very cute fish.

I like Dream Stars.
Hugtto didn't get a solo movie since the second movie is All Stars Memories, so Super Stars kinda feels like Hugtto's solo movie at points.
The fansuber at the time disliked the movie so much that he refesed to sub Super Stars (lmao), I imagine it's because of the main villain that kept saying a really childish and annoying catchprase, personally I don't dislike the movie but it really doesn't stick in my mind very much, Miracle Universe is super hated so it's a memorable movie in a way, Super Stars is simply unremarkable, small Hana is cute I guess and I think I remember seeing a couple of fourth wall breaks? It has been a while.

Now that you mention it, I remember him complaining about it. There are parts of the movie I really liked and I'm a sucker for the Irish aesthetic for a fact, but it's definitely a forgettable movie. I really want to listen to the Irish song composed for the movie, I think it was called "Searching for the Door of Time", but it seems to have been taken off youtube, and precure orchestra's download for is broken.
