They're unironically good characters trapped in bad writing because the authors know that if they release all their potential their main or fav characters would be overshadowed and the story wouldn't take the direction they want. Ask Nasu why he makes Gilgamesh job more than Bejita.

was her supernatural sharpshooting prowess ever explained? she headshot that fat scout guy, hundreds of feet up in the sky and being pulled by a blimp, and she did it while doing a tactical slide without any regard for recoil. then later on she fired a rifle twice her size and decapitated eren. then even later she landed a precise shot on a moving target on top of another moving target, while riding a giant flying titan at a massive speed.
