While I don't agree about his peak (I think it came a bit later), his characters have really lost a lot of that something that was really Jojo. They're not expressive and they don't have that certain look in their eyes anymore. They just stare blankly into space most of the time. Just compare any older Jolyne/Jotaro illustration to the latest Jojo magazine cover.
