Drifting Classroom

not a fan of horror stuff because it's not a medium that lends itself well to the horror genre

Hideout is pretty great

>it's not a medium that lends itself well to the horror genre
How?

Does this count as horror?

That face is legit uncanny.

I love those creepy survival horror manga like the one with the vampire on a cruise ship, the school trip with a rage virus on a cruise ship or that Event Horizon but in the deep sea manga, and stuff like that.

shut the fuck up if you dont have anything to add

you will probably like Dragon Head

It’s what isyama tried and failed to do

Looks neat, thanks

it's okay but I'm at chapter 54 and it's gotten a bit boring

The first arc in the tunnel is the best one honestly

I love horror, it's my favorite genre, I listen to horror audio books every night and have been doing so for almost 7 years now. But that in itself is the worst thing to happen to horrorfag, because you get desensitized to it. In these past years, nothing has ever scared me (apart from women), the uncanny Valley, liminal shit, monsters, spooky atmosphere and even jumpscares don't even phase me anymore since I can pretty much predict them 99% of the time. I tried rewatching classics like the exorcist and the likes but it was almost boring. I pretty much only read horror stuff now just because I think they're neat and kinda interesting, not to get scared. I just want to be spooked again bros

Is there a better scanalation somewhere because the ones on the typical websites look like shit

whats your favorite horror story?

I don't think so, sadly

You have to let go of your preconceptions and just try to immerse yourself into the atmosphere as much as possible. You need to get into the mindset of wanting to be scared by putting yourself into the protagonist's shoes as much as you can

so I read Shibito no Koe wo Kiku ga Yoi last week beacause a couple of anons recommend it in the previous Horror thread and I really liked it. Even though the ending was a bit abrupt, if you haven't read it yet it's a fun time

Pay someone to spy on you, write a letter to your future self pretending you are a stalker, then hit your head so you forget about it. Now you will experience real horror having a stalker on your ass 24/7

It is. Enough human features to be recognizable, but clearly so far divorced from humanity that it's unnerving. Probably eats babies.
