Goku remembering his parents and his true origins is one hell of a way to make him an interesting character once again. There's a lot that can be done with that, especially now that Goku has even come to call himself "Kakarot" (which is something that needs a bit of development).
I doubt any of this will affect his personality, but as long as it leads somewhere... Credits where is due, nice job Toyotaro. I highly doubt this is a decision that came from Toriyama.

Broly comes to his senses and stares at Putin on the ground (goku broke all putin's bones one by one and kept him conscious by doing that hand defibrillator thing). Broly replies "Yes you are right, Putin and Russia are evil and we must destroy them now. We should stand with Ukraine. Kyivkanda FOREVER!!!!", as he crosses his arms over his chest then goes into his legendary super saiyan form, screaming "PUUUUUTTTIIIIIINNN PUUUTTTIINNN" and starts attacking Putin.
Piccolo: Uses his magic to create clothes for the women and children of Ukraine, kitting them out with nice outfits. He creates royal apparel for President Zelensky.
