You mean art style? The animation style does look very western inspired, like from the golden age of American animation. A lot of older anime were directly inspired by that period, and Arawi's inspirations probably comes from gag anime/manga from the 80s and 90s. I wouldn't be surprised if he was influenced by Toriyama. Of course, Arawi's biggest influence is Azuma, and he really did create his own style with the way he combines these elements.
