Pic related as Saber class. If we're talking just the power level of other FSN characters its a pretty good fight. Bad matchup versus something like Rider's Blood Fort or Berserker just for sheer endurance, but if Saber can use her combat skills and luck to dodge Gae Bolge than Bojji can too. In a straight up fight I'd say Bojji could take out a few FSN servants.
Alternatively, Kage gets summoned as an Assassin. Not sure how good he'd be, though his stealth would be top notch.

It's been well over a decade since I watched anything spicball related. Does Goku ever go into a mindless rage, even once? If not, that disqualifies him from the Berserker class. You could MAYBE make the case that a staff is practically a spear and summon him as a Lancer, but otherwise you're stuck with a Rider on a gay little cloud.

Alucard as an archer. He's probably going to fair decently against low-mid tier servants due to his regeneration being good, but once he hits high tier hax ones like gilgamesh they'll probably just keep murdering him until his souls are used up and he permadies.

I think that other user put Goku as a Berserker because there's not really a great class for hand to hand combatants. Maybe Assassin, since Hassan technically uses his hands for his Noble Phantasm, but Assassin is pretty broad when it comes to weapon type. But then, so is Berserker. And lets be honest, Goku is an even worse fit for Assassin. Super Saiyan does require a feeling of righteous anger, so I don't think Goku is completely out of place in the class, but it's more a by-product of Fate pigeonholing based on weapon type.
Above a certain power level in FSN a character really needs some kind of conceptual advantage against their opponent. Almost like type compatibility in Pokemon, because a lot of characters are straight up immune to the concept of death. Gilgamesh is about as strong as Fate characters get (Full disclosure, I haven't played FGO), and he ends up losing to Shirou because the concept of an infinite amount of weapons defeats a large but finite supply of weapons. Or Lancer defeating Bazett because he can survive an instant kill counterspell and his weapon's conceptual curse will still activate for a guaranteed hit.

On the other side of this, Ouken would make a great Berserker, assuming the mage could control him. A powerful swordsman that's immortal, and retains enough of his wits to adapt to countermeasures? Maybe a good enough Caster could magically trap him but even someone like Gilgamesh would have trouble doing anything other than temporarily disabling him.
