Boring and reddit.

she has the least screen time otu of every character. i think araragi's mom has more screen time.

She has just as much screentime as she needs

Because she has to be perfect and appear superior to everyone else on the planet, much like himself. She's his mouthpiece

NisiOisin's actual best character. Even when he diluted her, none of her clones could capture the charm of the original.

Fuck, I wanted to reply to this in the original thread, spent some time on making the collage/webms and without realizing let that thread archive, so hopefully you'll be in this thread, the next monogatari one.

For Bakemonogatari, 3 main releases exist: ANE, CoalGirls and now MTBB, which finished just a week ago. Overall, the MTBB ones are the most polished and have the best subs/typesetting, but have some things which annoy me. For example, for the 1st OP (first set of images in collage), MTBB focuses on a much less intrusive and simple typesetting, main thing which changes are the colours, I personally prefer the over stylized typesetting in ANE release, but that might be nostalgia speaking. The lack of karaoke subs in MTBB release is also quite annoying. Throughout the episode, MTBB clearly trumps in typesetting, with much more organic integration, from fonts to placement. One thing I have noticed is ANE tends to translate as much as possible of background signs, while MTBB focuses on the most important ones, and integrating them as good as possible.
In terms of actual TLs, the MTBB uses the official LNs as the base; and edits them to fit the anime, you can see the TL notes in the torrent description, while the other two releases use a different base, from the ground up from the anime. Personally, MTBB flows better, and the option to toggle honorifics is much appreciated. The difference between ANE and CoalGirls, other than a much better font on ANE, is slight tweaks to the dialog, and different sylizations to the OP/ED.
Ideally for me, a combination of ANE OP/ED with everything else MTBB would perfect.
In general, Bake has some solid subs all around, but starting with Nise some large problems start happening, and Owari S2 is a disaster. MTBB is slowly going through the series now, and I'd honestly recommend each of their releases for each part they've done.

TL;DR Get the [MTBB] subs, they're pretty good

Here's a comparison of 2 webms, one MTBB and the other ANE, to see the different approaches to sign typesetting they do.
