Do you think L should have been the one to defeat Light or do you prefer him dying and his successors defeating Light?

I prefer never ever watching this overrated anime

Or it could just end with with Light winning.

L should have won. But the ending is still good if you cope that Near controlled Mikami with the Death Note.

I prefer MacDonald's over Burger King, in general.

McDonald's is consistent in quality and flavor in any location, in any time. Meanwhile, Burger King really depends on the location. Some locations are shitty dumpsters that serve cold burgers, while other busier locations served the hottest, most delicious fast food burgers I've ever had.

So if the location is good, I prefer Burger King over McD. But if you're in an unfamiliar location, McDonalds is the safe bet.

also no this is not copypasta

light should have won tbqh
he was the good guy in the story

I don't think Near controlled Mikami. He wanted to catch Kira the right way and not kill people

>new death note chapter comes out
>orange man bad and Near is transgender

I lol'd

user what are you talking about? the story ended when L died

Just pretend the LN is canon.

I don't each much McD anymore but every time I'm in Thailand I make sure to eat a Samurai Burger. Pork ribs, slathered in a heavenly teriyaki-style sauce.
Even more rarely do I ever go to BK only to fill my Chili Cheese cravings.

Why did he grow out his hair? I got the impression that he was tidier than L
I can buy an older L going full neet with a long beard and hair but not Near

Imagine the smele

Yeah I think L should of got him. He was right from the start about Light. Near getting him felt like a hollow victory. By the end Light was almost completely deranged and obsessed. Although I do believe his desire for goodness and order was righteous, his method was ethically and morally bankrupt. Ultimately making him no different than the evil tyrants on the other end of the spectrum that did similiar things against their own perceived evils. Power always corrupts. But yeah, L should of lived on and got him. I would have loved to have seen L interact with the death note and how he would have used it.

>orange man bad
He was portrayed as shrewd and clever

I got the impression that Orange man was good. He was clever and didn't want to use the power of the Death Note. Though it was kind of cheap to use a current political figure.

False. Near wanted to win so much that he cheated.

He got portrayed as a coward who didn't want to die despite the fact that his death would give the Death Note to his country.

Of course we're talking about death note here, in which jews and corrupt governements aren't a thing.
