All the close-ups of the princess were really attractive, but outside of that this movie wasn't that impressive-looking, I would argue that this movie had as much budget as Miracle Universe but unlike Miracle Universe it wasn't jumping from setpiece to setpiece and a bunch of non-sense action beyond the scope.
The background of the princess is pretty tragic (in a way she has stuff in common with Honoka's grandma) and fuck the entire concept of that final scene with her frustated throwing the snowball at Laura, only for them to start to sing the song of her home to at least give her some peace in her final moments was really touching... If only they didn't choose to try that experimental mouth animation, what is even that? They did singing in the Kiseki no Maho crossover

Just copy that! Really, that scene has everything going for it but it's way too static for a climax scene, just still shot after still shot because they decided to use those mouths.
Still a good movie that I enjoyed watching but I feel like it could be a new classic if it had a better production.
