derailment over.
Ippo
Joe, cause it's the man's lightning in a bottle, a story completely solid and well written. Ippo, for fun. Baby Steps cause no superpowers and author actually knows about the sport...fucking garbage it was axed, why did they do it? Ping Pong would be there too but it's not about the Ping Pong in my eyes, it's about FRIENDSHIP and not going insane cause your hoppy/job.
Started Giant Killing and it's making its way to the top. Why can't other soccer manga be like it? It's always superpowers, children, and/or edgey-shit.
Haven't watched many besides daya no ace, so I guess that's my favorite
I'm about to start the girl's soccer one, cramer, it has a bad note on MAL so it must be good
But Keijo
>s2 literally never ever
I miss this nigga like you wouldnt believe
Ace of the Diamond is sports for girls, like Kuroko and that stupid bicycle racing one. Good baseball is: Anything by Mitsuru Adachi since he has autism for baseball & MAJOR in which if you want more violence read the manga.
Beg ufotable to make the S2 or remake S1 and it'll become the most popular sports anime.
Prince of Tennis
>Anything by Mitsuru Adachi
You say daya is for girls and then you recommend Mitsuru Adachi?
For me it's good old Captain Tsubasa
Because baseball autism, yes. There is also far less fujo bait. The man needs to learn how to draw different characters still tho'. I also have Major which will fuck most people up in the first volume.
Can someone explain why this is so popular? Everyone memes on the art being bad, and it is that bad. Is the story that good?

How could you not like something like this?
I actually came here to ask this. If I started reading it now I'd hate to get the feeling that it aged or I've seen it all before in subsequent sports manga.
Picture is the worst sports manga I've read.
I've only heard praise for Captain Tsubasa from people in non-English countries who watched dubs of it on tv as kids.
