Better than I expected. The drama and the villains are very good. The biggest problem is that the story is rushed as hell, but at least the Volumes additions try to help with that.
DP is still peak Adventures for me, but I appreciate the ambition of this arc,

The aditional chapters are really hyping up Alola for some reason. Maybe Kusaka is going to remake from scratch SM in the Tankobon release.

Maybe it's just me, but even if nobody noticed and everyone still carried on with their arrogant, assholish lives, I'd still prefer that to everyone being dead. The former at least has a chance of getting better, the latter is just death and decay. Or to put it another way, in the former scenario I can tell rude people to go fuck themselves, and be an asshole back. In the latter there's nobody left to tell that to.
