Freiza would have been revealed to be female all along, as many people who watched the anime first assumed assumed given his voice actor, and would ultimately end up being tsundere for Vegita in Super. Vegita still hates her.
Some of the Chadhan delusions would probably be sort-of canon, but in a joking kind of way.
Z would have played out mostly the same, but with a joking attitude reminiscent of DBZ Abridged. Instead of being just useless, the other Z Fighters would have provided sarcasm, comedic relief, pervy jokes, and a degree of self-awareness about the genre.
Android 21 would be mainstream canon, and a core Super character.
Nappa and Raditz would have needed to be brought back to complete the Saiyan God ritual, and would end up serving as comic relief and giving out "wowee zowie look at how strong that guy is" commentary, which is a writing trope that Toriyama loves to use.
Cheelai would to flash Broly to calm him down.
Videl would keep losing her panties or getting caught in awkward situations that Gohan has to bail her out of so her father doesn't find out.
