The biggest thing they trip up on is child voices. Japanese Gon and Killua are precocious kids, American Gon and Killua are 30 year old roasties
The only time they ever got this right was the dub for FMA 2003, I think they literally had a child voice Al and it really worked

animators are lazy thats why most animes have only 3 mouth options (open, closed, half open) so its easy as fuck to make a dub that fits whatever you want the character to say
its 100 times more difficult to dub a movie with real actors than any anime

I havent seen fate dub yet so I dont know the context but in that clip you could dub literally anything STOOOP, STOP IIIIT, NOOOO, NEVEER or whatever the context is
you dont even see the mouth for half the clip so you have even more freedom than usual
