Sorry for running a bit late. After the intensity of the neo-witch hunts, we could once again use a breather. Ah, but will we get one? That's the question.
As a refresher, here's the schedule: Volume 11 this Friday, and Volume 12 the next day. Volume 13 is... complex. I would run 13 on Shonen Sunday as planned, but here's the thing: I double-checked, and its cliffhanger feels like an atrocious place to have four days pass before the continuation. To the point I'd really rather do that. (I'm even tempted to run 13 and 14 on the same day. ...Which is pretty doable thanks to the doublepaging, isn't it? I can fit them in the same thread with no problems at all.) As such, I'd like to ask the opinions of those once-again readers that know the cliffhanger in question. I've just talked myself into double-featuring 13 and 14 next Friday. The alternatives are >double-feature on Sunday (with the final volume all on its own on Saturday or Friday) >push 13 to Thursday and run things as usual >continue with the already planned schedule (which has already confused many people, so it's not like anything changes significantly if it mutates once again) What do (You) think?
It seems some people didn't like this volume's cover. I found it pretty appropriate after that last volume and chapter, since Saike took a blow to his confidence in his chosen path and probably feels as the cover depicts. Even so, I'm still wrong because the covers have to do with what happens in the volume they're IN - not the ones that came before. ...Plus, there's just no question it's the ugliest cover of the manga by a long shot. I notice lately I've been forgetting to say Thank Yous. Not the blanket thanks for joining the fun, but specific thanks for compliments and kind advice. Shame, shame, shame, shame. A nice analysis, by the way.
Wait... this color page is ALSO the back cover of this volume. Are all the back covers like that? >An user reasoned that from how quickly Saike counted his loops on the OPT page, he might have gone through an even longer loop before he fought Ana. Personally, unless there were fights we didn't see (or Saike had a real bad fucking day once), I don't think there could have been a case like that. Uh... scratch that. Because I just remembered that Saike said he "tried a bunch of other stuff" to track down Hizu when Doc Mutton kidnapped him. That could easily have brought him over 227 depending on how long it took to think of GPS tracking a cell phone. And that would go even better with his violently-crazed look of satisfaction when he finally took down the case boss. And, to be fair, they broke into a jail so they really don't have time for this at that exact moment.
>Have a good time, dummy Oh, is that why you gave him a no-charge heel session? And why do all the women he's friends with feel free to inflict sexual assault upon him just whenever? >one million in damages for destroying public property See? That omake joke wasn't merely an omake joke. It offered foreshadowing. >Coffee and Parfait Cafe NO, NOT THRICE IN THE SAME MANGA!!
I recognize Anagle Mole's cover, and two Takkokus. ...Oh, I know where I've seen this kind of thing before. A teenage girl literally manipulating God into being dragged wherever she wants to drag him
You can almost hear the Choo-Chooing of that bullet train of people.. What is it about "crazed stampeding shoppers" episodes that never gets old? Is it because the storyline's used relatively sparingly?
