- The CP0 agent gets trampled.
- The CP0 agent has a farewell scene but you cannot tell he's dead, although the scene implies he is.
- Kawamatsu asks the samurai to escape, there is no honor if you burn to death.
- Kaido arrives inside the castle and says that Luffy is dead. He also says that Momo has to give up.
- Kid and Law feel that Luffy lost and go to fight.
- Nami calls Kaido a snake and a liar. Kaido attacks Nami but Marco defends her.
- Kaido will fight until Momo gives up.
- Nekomamushi and Carrot also go to fight.
- Momo wants to give up and not let anyone die but Yamato tells her no.
- Yamato: Let's die together!
- Zunesha: I heard it, I heard that sound that I didn't hear in 800 years
- Momo: what did you hear?
- Zunesha: the drums of liberation, there is no doubt, he is here

- In a crazy panel, Luffy's body melts and his Strawhat does as well, something happens to him (image below). The SFX bubble next to Luffy says "Nika!" にか！Nika means "grin" but the use of にか to replace the usual SFX for Luffy is really Oda hammering us in the face with the Luffy/Nika/sun/dawn parallel.
- The comment of the editor is "that man Laughs in silent".
- The name of the fruit isn't mentioned in the chapter.

- The bubble on the right is Zunesha saying that "JoyBoy... has come back!!!"
- The bubble on the left is an SFX saying Nika, as mentioned above it means "grin" but the katakana implies it's sun god Nika.

He had been hinted at being special because of the D. in his name and for apparently inheriting Roger's will. His fruit being more special than the ultimate special fruit and relating him to Joyboy/Nika when he is already so special (Dragon, Garp, Shanks) is a little more than "this ramped up further". It completely changed course.

There's a fruit that only sends people forward in time. Chances are there's a fruit that does the opposite. Oda will hurl the Straw Hats back in time and they'll inadvertently create the entire Joyboy myth while saving yet another country. So what was the big twist the leakers were hyping up? We've known that Luffy was Joyboy for forever now. What we don't know is who/what 'Joyboy' is. Is Luffy a reincarnation of some ancient pirate? Is it like a prophecy thing? Or is it just some kind of special title as the word Joyboy (i.e. a "happy boy") would imply? Is it predetermined or is it something you grow into? Was Roger also Joyboy? Is Blackbeard Joyboy too? Is there more than one?
This chapter tells us nothing. What were the leakers getting hyped about?
