I can buy a made in japan dakimakura for $100 usd and covers printed in taiwan on what they call n2wt (new 2wt) for about $52 each.

Don't usually use DHL, I've heard they're a good choice/price if you're ordering multiple books but what about multiple figures?

They're good for books because they charge more on size than weight, so if you ship a large box with them for figures you're going to get seriously raped.
